What do you pay, and what if it doesn’t work out?
You pay a flat hourly rate with no hidden fees, month-to-month, and a hire who isn’t a good fit is replaced free of charge. A full-time VirtueStaff Assistant is $12 an hour, about $2,080 a month; executive assistants start at $15. The pricing page lists every role.

- The Perfect-Fit Guarantee. If a hire isn’t a good fit, we find a replacement free of charge, with a trial period included.
- No overtime surcharge. As long as the hire agrees, extra hours are billed at the same flat hourly rate.
- You choose the hire. Over 5,000 candidates are screened per week, and only the top 1% are presented to clients. You interview them and pick.
Why is it so much cheaper than a U.S. hire?
Because our talent lives in regions with a lower cost of living, not because they’re underpaid. We source primarily from the Philippines, Latin America, Eastern Europe, Pakistan, Africa and India. That’s how we save clients an average of $20,000 per year per U.S. employee.
