Can a remote hire handle client intake calls?
Yes. A remote intake specialist can handle potential-client calls and train alongside your in-house intake team, the way any new hire would: one-on-one, with role-play, example calls and live calls.
What does a remote legal assistant cost?
From $15 an hour full-time, about $2,600 a month, or from $16 an hour part-time.
Can we build a whole remote team?
Yes. Start with one role, such as an executive assistant, and add others as each one works. Operations, finance support, intake, client care and marketing can all be done remotely.
What is the contract length?
VirtueStaff offers month-to-month contracts for most services, with some exceptions for VirtueStaff Teams.
Part-time or Full-time? What are the minimum number of hours?
We require a minimum of 20 hours per week for all our services to ensure your hire remains dedicated to your account.
What hours/timezone will my candidate work?
Our candidates have experience working in U.S. time zones and are committed to continuing this. However, you can arrange for your candidate to work in any time zone that suits your needs.
Do I get to pick my Hire?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to interview and select the candidate that best fits your needs. This is an important part of the process to ensure they are a good fit for your company.
