Why Real Estate Teams Love Us?
A real estate virtual assistant from VirtueStaff is a dedicated hire for your business: an inside sales agent who follows up leads, a transaction coordinator who keeps contracts on track to closing, or an admin for listings, the MLS and your CRM. Full-time is $15 an hour, about $2,600 a month, month-to-month, and you choose the hire from the finalists.
Solo agents: hand off the listings, MLS updates and CRM work you do at night.

FAQs
What can a real estate virtual assistant do?
Transaction coordination, listing and MLS administration, CRM and lead management, social media and digital marketing, bookkeeping and commission reconciliation, market research and skip tracing, and property management support.
Do your transaction coordinators know U.S. transactions?
Yes. Our candidates include U.S.-trained transaction coordinators, many with REALTOR® association coursework or Keller Williams, eXp or Compass SOP familiarity.
Do you have bilingual candidates?
Yes. English–Spanish bilingual candidates are available for wider client reach.
What does a real estate virtual assistant cost?
$15 an hour full-time, about $2,600 a month, or $16 an hour part-time with a 20-hour weekly minimum. Rates are flat with no setup or upfront costs, and as long as the hire agrees, extra hours are billed at the same flat hourly rate.
Should I hire an ISA or a transaction coordinator first?
Hire for the stage where your deals stall. If leads go cold because nobody follows up fast enough, start with an inside sales agent. If deals under contract slip on deadlines and documents, start with a transaction coordinator. Our real estate virtual assistant guide walks through both.
Can a virtual assistant be my transaction coordinator?
Yes. Our candidates include U.S.-trained transaction coordinators who track contract-to-close deadlines, collect documents and signatures, and keep every party updated, working in your transaction software and your time zone.
What can't an unlicensed assistant do?
Anything that requires a license stays with a licensed agent, and what an unlicensed assistant may do varies by state, so check your state real estate commission’s rules. As a rule of thumb, the assistant handles the administration around a deal; licensed agents negotiate, give advice, show property and hold the client relationship.
What is the contract length?
VirtueStaff offers month-to-month contracts for most services, with some exceptions for VirtueStaff Teams.
Part-time or Full-time? What are the minimum number of hours?
We require a minimum of 20 hours per week for all our services to ensure your hire remains dedicated to your account.
What hours/timezone will my candidate work?
Our candidates have experience working in U.S. time zones and are committed to continuing this. However, you can arrange for your candidate to work in any time zone that suits your needs.
Do I get to pick my Hire?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to interview and select the candidate that best fits your needs. This is an important part of the process to ensure they are a good fit for your company.
What support do you provide? How does customer support work?
We support both you and your hire with mentoring, training, and assistance to ensure you get the most out of your partnership with us. We’re here to help every step of the way.
How quickly do they start, how long does it take to get started?
From your Discovery Call on day 1, we can have candidates ready to interview by day 4, with potential start dates as early as the next day. Your next star team member could be onboard in just five days.
How much are candidates getting paid?
